CNC Milling Services

High precision CNC milling services for the manufacturing of custom machined parts with high accuracy, precision and quick-turnaround, from low- to high production runs.

Our milling department at CDS is made up of 4 CNC mills. We boast two new YCM MILLS that act as the workhorses for our production runs. Our mill operators have over 60 years of combined experience in machining. Faster machines, ingenuity, and experience have allowed CDS Plastics to continue expanding our milling department and be able to compete on production level jobs.

CDS Plastics also has two FADAL MILLS. The Fadal mills are robust, dependable and have consistently milled parts on smaller quantity jobs, quick turn-around work, and secondary operations for the CNC lathes over the last decade.

Our CNC milling operation is fully supported with a SAW STOP table saw for cutting material, drill presses, bandsaws, and a multitude of other support equipment. CDS also has a custom particle evacuation/ air filtration system, designed in house, to eliminate dust and potentially hazardous out-gassing.
